Hello,
It would be very useful, if it is possible, to add a Date filter to the existing search options of Authors, Languages, Series, etc.

It often takes a while for the "Newly Added" page to show things that I add yesterday. A date search would help me find them without having to remember the precise author or title.

Thank you

Take a look at https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/gui...arch-interface

So for instance
Code:
date:>=14daysago
will list all books added in the last fortnight.

Thank you

The suggestions about using date filter in the web search field are very helpful. I was sort of aware that things were possible in the app but never would have guessed that they worked in the web view. The web view doesn't seem to bedocumented at all, nless I don't know where to find it.

That said, a dropdown bubble with some common date options would still be useful, imho. Fof example I would never have guessed that 14daysago should be entered with no spaces. Having a dropdown wwould Help to make calibre more accessible to non-geek users.
