Clip bar 2, empty

Hello everyone,
I have 23 clips out of group.
The clip bars are advertised as being able to display 20 clips each, according to my translation DeepL So I was expecting the 21ᵉ, 22ᵉ and 23ᵉ to move to bar 2. Out with me the 23 are on bar 1 and I haven't found a way to move any to bar 2.
Is this a bug, or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Les barres de clips sont annoncées comme pouvant afficher 20 clips chacune, selon ma traduction DeepL. Je m’attendais donc à ce que les 21ᵉ, 22ᵉ et 23ᵉ passent sur la barre 2. Hors chez moi les 23 sont sur la barre 1 et je n’ai pas trouvé le moyen d’en déplacer sur la barre 2.
Est-ce un bogue, ou est-ce qu’il y a quelque chose que je fais mal ?

Clips bars were expanded to hold 30 clips per bar.

When first implemented, we decided to limit it action chains to what we have now. I would need to hear and see convincing evidence that more action chains are truly needed from multiple users to add even one more let alone make 6 of them.
