Annoying note taking in Libra 2

Hi. It really annoys me to add comments while reading on the Kobo Libra 2. The keyboard is terribly unresponsive and slow... Additionally, if I tap the wrong letter, returning to the correct spot is also difficult. As a result, I practically don't take notes, which I do in physical books. Is there any way to improve this? I once had Koreader, but it didn't improve much—just the keyboard looked a bit different. Is there perhaps another keyboard available for this device? Can I install any plugins—Koreader/nickel, or other things... I was also thinking about increasing the refresh rate.
Simply highlighting is unfortunately not a solution for me. Later, when I return to the book, I don't remember what I meant when I highlighted a part of the text.

You might be able to use this with a Bluetooth keyboard:

Kobo libra 2 bluetooth only supports specific devices - I want to say it's audio but not 100% certain on that. I installed that plugin and was unable to connect my keyboard to my KL2. It connects to my KLC perfectly fine right out of the box, but you need to enable the force wifi on setting to keep it connected

Annotating was a pain point for me too, so I started using a stylus to type. It had slightly more accuracy than my fingers

I tried a real keyboard on my Kobos that have BT. It's useless because the BT connection goes to sleep too quickly. I didn't need to add any software.

Also on Sage and Elipsa it only works anywhere the touch keyboard would appear (and will need reconnected), so it works for a lot of text notes in an annotation to a highlight in epub but is no use for PDFs or Nebo Notebooks (only pen works in them).

So I only make short abbreviated notes with touch keyboard. You can create an Advanced Notebook and put numbers and number you short annotations. Then swap between epub and Advanced Notebook using pull down. That only works on Kobos that have Nebo / Notebook feature, not a Libra 2, even though it supports the Kobo pen in Sketch Pad.

Try reading the post above yours. You must enable the force Wi-Fi always on option so that the wireless radios never go to sleep.
