I am using a Boox Nova 3 device with Android 10. I’ve connected a mouse and want to use the scroll wheel to turn pages, but I can't find this option in the settings. Is there any way to modify it

We don't know but you can test:
1. Update to latest nightly (the next step requires it) 2. From KOReader File Manager go to "Tools" -> "More tools" -> "Developer options" -> start compatibility test 3. You'll be forwarded to another app that doesn't look at all like KOReader, but more a regular app. While you're here pressing any hardware button should print a number on the screen (on a toast, bottom center) If pressing the mouse buttons (or scrolls) prints numbers then take a note of which number belongs to each button and give us feedback here. If the test works remember to let each toast to vanish before pressing a new button. Otherwise the toasts will be stacked and your "button-number" pairs might be wrong. If pressing the mouse buttons doesn't provide any feedback then mouse isn't supported at all beyond the point&click that android provides by default. Last edited by pazos; 10-10-2024 at 05:51 PM. |

On the desktop the scroll wheel scrolls on continuous mode and is used as a page forward/back on page mode. I think we could do the same by default on android, if that's possible. |

@pazos: tested on a Nova 2, but unfortunately neither wheel scrolls nor button presses produced any numbers on screen.
