Kindle Chapter Reading Progress (Time Left In Chapter)

Hi, I have not been able to find a thread about this specifically, so I thought I would post. I am having issues with epubs that I create in Calibre that I send to my Kindle Library and open on either the Kindle Oasis or Android app. On some epubs I will see the option to view the time left in chapter and the time left in book, but others do not have the chapter option. I can't find a way to fix this in the epubs that are missing this option. Is problem due to a TOC format issue? Is there something that can be done in Calibre to fix this problem? Any insight would be much appreciated.
