When syncing notes with Boox PC app problem

Hi everyone, i notice a problem when i sync handwriting notes btw my Note Air 2 and the PC, i do it wireless with the boox app for windows and sometimes if in the note there is more than one page the first one doesn't show up in the computer (from the second page is fine but first one is white-empty)

Also i noticed that the notes are not stored in the device memory, when i check on the notes folder they don't show up
