Exclamation Kobo overdrive failed sync multiple US library cards
I have US public library cards, and currently travelling outside of US. I bought a Kobo libra 2 in india.
I changed the location and followed every guide to get overdrive option. I can link only one library at a time. When trying via only overdrive account logging on kobo, it returns back to the overdrive get started page.
Even after I added all 3 of my cards to overdrive website and libby app, Set my location to USA with my parents address and pincode, linking kobo, overdrive, libby with same Gmail account, US library cards not syncing up together on my Libra 2. Is there something I am missing? or Overdrive actively blocking sycing from outside of US? Is there any advantage in using VPN to login. I am frustrated with this, as I am travelling and ereader let me have peace of mind.

Are you able to get library books to download from that one library you can set up on your Kobo?

Excellent question. I’d also suggest that they remove all extra libraries from Libby and just get the one main library working first.

On your Kobo, the OverDrive login method will ask for your library. On the Kobo ereader, that is the only library you can directly use, search, etc. If you use Libby connected to your OverDrive account, you can sync loans from multiple libraries to your Kobo ereader but those loans have to be done external to your Kobo ereader.
