What just happened?

I just had odd thing happen.

I connected my Libra H2O to Calibre and sideloaded several books before ejecting (without unplugging so I could reconnect to upload subtitles).

I noticed that Importing screen didn't appear, so I went to My Books to check they were on device before I reconnnect. It was filtered to Finished, so I tried to disable filter. The device began rebooting.

I immediately unplugged (my Kobo is set to autoconnect) and waited for the reboot to finish. There was still no Importing screen, but the books appeared on device.

Ive never seen this behaiour before. Does anybody this happen before?
