How do you handle your emotions?

When I was 18, I realized I didn't love myself. It took me almost 30 years to handle my emotions and overcome the negative beliefs that were holding me back all that time.

Finally, I can say: Even though I've done this or that, I love myself.

I've read a lot and practiced various techniques, even creating some new ones.

One of the tools that helped me was the Emotional Freedom Technique. So, I wrote a book, which I'm now offering for free until December 2nd on Amazon Kindle.

Knight with a Heart: https://www.amazon.com/Knight-Heart-...ast_author_mpb

It's a children's story about a knight who first had to deal with his own emotions before confronting the Mighty Dragon. Through the book, the Knight undergoes a transformation, evolving from the Knight of the Sword to the Knight with a Heart.

I would be happy if you could find the time to take a look at the story.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
