Stuck in Sleeping Mode in KoReader.

I am stuck in sleeping koreader, can't do anything, just stuck and lcd stuck in sleeping mode koreader.
LCD turn on when the cover off / when I am click power button. LED light turn on into yellow light and when I am hold power button LED turn on into orange 5 times dots.

If u can suggest any idea of this, I am very appreciated.

So can’t even hard reboot by holding the power button for 30 seconds, then for 10 seconds?

Are you able to see Kindle’s drive when connected to the PC?
If yes, please find and attach log from Kindle Drive/koreader/crash.log here.

I have tried pressing the power button several times until the device runs out of battery, now the device shows the latest display when I charge it again. I will send any update in 4 hours

Its work fine now after i am Running out of battery, is there a way to bring up the power menu in koreader?

If by "power menu" you mean Kindle's menu when you hold the power button - not excatly. However, KOReader can ask Kindle to restart from its Top Menu - last tab on the right.

2) What is your setting to unlock screensaver (in KOReader)?
3) Did you set up the secret gesture to unlock, or not?
