How to delete items from the 'Sending Books to Device' drop down list

I have a few funky templates in the drop-down menu from "Sending Books to Devices". I cannot discover a way to remove them from the drop-down menu. Reset Default does not remove any items. So, is there a way to delete these templates?

Its a most recently used list, so as you use new templates they will automatically displae old unused ones.
