I don't know what terms to even search for here!

I just installed Calibre on a Mac from my Windows 10 pc. The text on the library screen (not the reading books part) is really weird and very hard to read. This is the only app that has the odd text font, so I'm unsure if it a a Mac thing or a Calibre thing. Any help would be most appreciated.

Ok, nevermind, just figured it out! It's in preferences. I'd delete this if I could figure out how!

Nevermind the nevermind, while I can change fonts, the list does NOT include the Windows pc font "Segoe UI [9pt]. Any ideas how I can get it back?

It's a MAC thing. Go to Preferences > Look & feel > Interface font and see what font is selected. Try changing the font.

Yes, that works, but I want the font from Windows. If thats not possible, I just keep trying different ones until I get something that is the next best thing. Thanks.
