Ich war bisher davon ausgegangen, dass es in Calibre eine echte Volltextrecherche gibt, das heißt, dass eingegebene Begriffe auch im Text der Bücher gesucht und angezeigt werden.

Ist das nicht möglich? In den Einstellungen habe ich schon alles versucht, aber nichts gefunden.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Writing in English would probably get you more answers on your question.

In an opened library, there is an 'FT' (Full Text) icon at the leftmost end of the search bar. If you click this, you can enable Full Text search. Calibre will create a search index of your books in that library. Note that it will almost double the size on disk of your library.
