Kobo Wishlist weirdness

Hi all,

I’ve got a strange issue with my Kobo Wishlist. It works/syncs flawlessly on my iOS app and the kobo website, however when I view it on my Kobo Libra there are sometimes duplicates, and others missing.

If I delete the duplicate from the Wishlist (on the Libra) then it deletes both entries. Very odd.

I spoke to support and they walked me through every troubleshooting step known. When I signed out of account/Libra on the device and back in again then it did seem to fix the problem - short term. Now the same issue is occuring again. Has anyone had the same issue and found a fix?

Your not the only one

I have the same issue for over a year now. Have done a factory reset since then but they still appear. Tryed remove and re-add too.

This happens to me a lot. I sometimes see the same book more than twice, even. I decided it probably didn't matter enough to do anything about. It matters (to me) less than e.g. the website showing me a book as being in my library but my kobo knowing nothing about it which has happened twice that I've noticed.

Hi all,

So it’s over a year later and I’m still noticing the same thing. Duplicates on my wish list and sometimes missing books. As I said above, the wish list works fine on the website and IOS app so I’m struggling to understand this.

I have tried on 2 different Kobo devices and have the same issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Kobo support don’t seem to understand / acknowledge there’s an issue.
