Minimum free space?

My Sage said I had no space left to download new books. It hd 5.2 gigs free. My Aura One got to under 200 megs free with no problems.

This seems like nonsense.

I deleted some files and it allowed downloads but they all failed. After a reboot downloads worked. Hmm. Maybe it would have stopped complaining about free space as well without me deleting anything.

Not seen this one before. Anyone else?

Perhaps you experienced a corrupt database, so the Sage wasn't tracking your free space properly? If you have any database backups, you could restore one to see if it solves the problem.

I make occasional backups and also check the database with calibre which always says it's fine. Hmm.

I've had a few cases where the database on disk was fine but the database in memory was corrupt, and connecting via usb didn't fix it but rebooting did.
