Help installing Calibre

Hi.
I have a new PC with windows 11.
When I try to load Calibre windows says it is not from the microsoft store.
How can I adjust the computer settings to allow the install?

Apps & features

The first option is "Installing apps only from Microsoft Store helps protect your device"
Ensure it is set to "Anywhere"

Also, some laptop builds come with a very basic version of Windows that only allow installing from the MS app store.
