Can't search for book title containing an '#'.
I am trying to search for books that contain 'C#' in the title but no matter how I try to construct the search I just end up getting all books contain a 'C' in the title. Is there a way to do this?

search ignores punctuation. This is configurable in Preferences > Searching > Unaccented characters...
Alternately, add a squiggly for regex search: title:"~C#" Last edited by ownedbycats; 04-25-2023 at 10:33 PM. |

Okay that's why my regex search failed. I was putting the ~ in front of the quoted regex not inside.

Or use ‘Character variant’ searches' described in this section of the manual.
