Query Server Response Time no Effect

Under Preferences / Sharing / Advanced, setting the default value of a queries max. server response time from 57 to another (higher) value (i tried 157 and 570) has no effect. After changing the setting and restarting the server one still gets the same error message:
calibre reader could not download book failed to download some data timed out after 57 sec.

Most of the books get downloaded to the in browser reader offline store but some images fail. This is because i have to use an older mobile phone as hotspot over which a win10 installed calibre server serves queries and an also older ipad queries for library books.

Works fine for me. You might need to refresh your browser after making the change.
