CommonClover here, saying hello!
Hello MobileRead folks,
CommonClover here. I used to read ebooks many years ago on my Palm Pilot {memories}. More recently via the library on Libby, where I don't need to think about file formats. Now I want to buy ebooks. Currently I use the ReadEra app on Android for DRM-free books. I need to reconstitute me knowledge of ereader app restrictions and file formats. I'm very interested in markets, which are not Amazon or Rakutan, where one can buy ebooks. I here for the learning! cc |

Hello and welcome to MobileRead!
While it's not that easy to remove the DRM from Amazon ebooks without owning a physical Kindle device, it's pretty easy to remove the DRM from ebooks bought from Kobo (Rakuten). After removing the DRM you can read your purchased ebooks in whichever app or on whatever device you want. |
