Appearance change after crash

I had to restart my windows 7 pc this morning. When I started Calibre back up, I had to use welcome wizard to find all of my libraries. But the appearance in the tag browser is all different. I run a windows 10 pc side by side with Calibre so the difference is extremely noticeable. (Of course on windows 7 I run 4.14 and on 10 I run 6.12).

The main difference to describe is the size of the font listing title, author, series, etc in the tag browser. It's somehow gotten much smaller. I've checked and the settings are the same on both versions. Is there anyway I can find out how to change this to make the text bigger?

After all that, I found the size problem, I can leave it here in case others encounter the problem. Under Preferences, Look and Feel, Main interface, Interface Font: the size had changed for no reason. Now that is fixed, although the interface still looks different and I don't know why.
