Need Clara HD img, and where to locate S/N physically
A few months ago my Clara HD froze while updating. Windows does not recognize the fs and asks me to format the SD card. Also, I don't know where to locate the serial number physically. I cannot access the contents of the SD card.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask it to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please post in the correct thread—>Clara SD card image needed<—to let me know.
