Transferring metadata and files from Kobo to Calibre

I accidentally deleted my Calibre library, which included all of the formatting and organization. I still have these books nicely organized on my Kobo libra 2 device. I want to backup the metadata, including the series, collections, tags, names and everything back to my Calibre to regain all of the organization I have lost.

I am hoping I can transfer it from my Kobo Libra 2 to Calibre. Can you please give me a step by step way of doing this? I’m not the best with computers and software and can get lost easily. Also, I’m sorry if this was posted before, I tried researching but I did not see this specific issue and I did not want to make things worse. All of my books are DRM-free epubs and pdfs.
