Convert .mobi dictionary

Hello, community! Merry Christmas!
I have question, or better say request. I have Ukrainian Dictionary in .mobi format, and I wanted to use it in KOReader on my Kindle Paperwhite PW5. Could some convert it for me?

AFAIK, the MOBI dictionary format is horribly underdocumented, so I'm not sure if anything actually *can* deal with it.

(A quick glance at pyglossary says "nope").
