Automated fix for smart quotes on Kindle books

Kindle Paperwhite epic fails at rendering smartquotes and smart apostrophes, making books with any amount of quotations or possessive case difficult to read.

Just do an EPUB to EPUB conversion in calibre and it will take care of it. Or use the MOdify EPUB plugin to add the UTF-8 encoding definition to the EPUB files (amazons epub processing code incorrectly uses ISO-8859-1 as the fallback encoding when no encoding is specified).
