Shortcuts toolbar button
What about a toolbar button to open directly the Shortcuts dialogue?
Or maybe a shortcut key to bring up said dialogue, lol.
I keep wanting to settle with a permanent set of shortcut keys, but while testing the possibilities, it's a little cumbersome to have to go through Preferences.

Why stop at Shortcuts?

IMO - a cascaded menu tree with provision for a shortcut option on every leaf would be better.
