Where does the converter set PDF metadata?
When Calibre converts an epub into a PDF, where does it set the more obscure metadata? Title is set to Title, Author is set to Author, Tags are set to Keywords, but where is series information put? Where is the publisher put? I don't see it in any of the custom fields when inspecting the output.
