Creating a Note in an epub file
Hello!
On books I purchase from the job store (kepub files?) when I create a note, the hilighted text gets underscored, and a note icon appears in the margin. I have an epub file which I side loaded onto my Kobo Libra-H2O. I created a note for some selected text, then saved it. The hilighted text was not underscored nor did the note icon appear. I confirmed the note text was still saved. Is this because the file is an epub vs kepub? If so, should this issue disappear if I convert the epub file using calibre? Thanks for any suggestions.....Brian |

Yes, epub and kepub use different sw to display (Rendering). I prefer the way notes work on epub. The kepub system makes the page more cluttered. I also prefer epub to kpub even without note.s
