how to convert image based azw to pdf without margin?

how to convert azw format with only single image per page to pdf without margin?

I tired make the margin to 0 when converting,
but sometimes it will split a page(image) into 2 pages(images).

Extract all the images into a cbz file using the unpack book tool and convert that.

but it seems not able copy the toc.

i do not have many books need to be converted now.
thus I end up with export to a big margin pdf
then extract the image and rebuild the book.
then copy the toc from the old pdf.
