calibre windows 11 issue 6.6.1 the following error

ive deleted, uninstalled, re installed
tried earlier versions and get errors too
i want to create a new database and have my ebooks backed up to reload.

Something on your computer is preventing calibre from opening its database in the calibre library folder. Typical culprits are antivirus programs and filesync programs like dropbox. Exclude the calibre library folder from such programs and you will be fine.
