Custom symbols in ebooks

Greetings, how could I add custom symbols in an epub file that can be recognized by e-readers? The symbols are supported by UTF-8 but they don't appear in my e-reader (Kobbo Librba 2).
These are some examples of the symbols: ☉︎ ☽︎ ☿ ♄.

Embed the font into the epub and config your device to use the embedded font.

Hi! I found detailed instructions on how to embed fonts here.

And here you'll find a font that seems suitable.

Is this for your own use or for sale?
I ask, because, while the solution is correct. The buyer need to KNOW that their override (the device font setting) may cause them to be displayed incorrectly.
A note at the beginning might (we know RTFM is not done ) prevent returns:

This book contains special symbols.
For best experience, please set your device to use the Publishers Fonts.

I'm mostly going to use the ebook myself, but I'll also post it for free when it's complete.
And thanks for reminding me to add a font disclaimer. I always use the publisher font but it may not be the case for everyone

If this is an eBook for sale and there is going to be a Kindle version, you have to be careful as the beginning doesn't always show and thus such a warning won't show as most don't go back to the real beginning.

If this is an eBook that's just for personal use, try a font such as ChareInk that does have these symbols (i just double checked) and then there would be no reason to embed. The URL for ChareInk is here.
