Are FTS results cached?
After doing an FTS search, I switched to a different library search and did it again. The books that had appeared in the last search popped up instantly, while new results took a while to appear. This made me wonder if there's some sort of caching going on.

not in calibre code, though sqlite might be caching behind the scenes.
