Not in Calibre, as far as I'm aware.

Depending on OS, you might find the book files in the recycle bin and be able to sort by date deleted.

There's the Audit Log plugin. I don't think it logs book adds, moves and deletes but perhaps it could -- if you're interested you should ask in its plugin thread. See ==>> Index of plugins
