Library Maintenance Failure- Help Needed
Kovid, can you tell me what happened? 'Library Maintenance' has failed three times in a row.

You could try moving the FTS database out of the way, vacuum and then put it back.

OK, here's the quick 'plain English' solution to this problem, if others running v6.3 can't make Library Maintenance work properly.
Uninstall v6.3 and install v6.21 in its place. (You won't lose your books.) Do a Google search for 'old versions Calibre' to find the download. Wait for Kovid to release a Calibre update that will allow you to skip checking the massive FT database when running Library Maintenance. All good! |
