Calibre will no longer open
Calibre will not open in Windows 10. Was working fine and now no matter if you install the 32 or 64 bit, they will not open. Cannot attribute it to firewall or other programs. Time to find an alternative ebook program. Spending too much time on this

Based on this, I'd estimate that at least 2 million of the 3 million active calibre users are on Windows 10/11 systems.

Try installing the portable version.

Calibre will no longer open
I got the same problem today after I installed version 5.42. As suggested I tried the protable version wich doesn't open either.

Update, I found the solution in another thread where some updated the displaydriver, that worked for me too.

Happy again :-)
