How can I remove this second bar at the bottom of the screen?

I mistakenly clicked on something when installing Kobo Utilities and now the icon is on the bottom and top bars. Can't figure out how to get back to that menu as well. Any idea how I can remove the bottom bar again? Here's a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/4mxqtSi |

Go to Preferences / Toolbars & menus. Choose "The optional second toolbar" in the dropdown box at the top. Remove everything from the "Current actions" box on the right.
