cover not showing on device

for some freaking reason covers for certain book not showing up on my kindle despite converting it. now this is first time it happened to me had to put in cover for physical book as this copy is not available on kindle store. i use uk store.

to add to my situation found out isbn keeps disapearing trying kfx but no go
