I think it would be much better to have a single thread for firmware requests. This could be stickied. That way we won't have dozens of threads all opver the place.

People post in the wrong thread from time to time. It’d become a nightmare if there was nothing to distinguish the firmware needed by the thread name.

Though I would be in favor of universalizing the names of the threads.
