Libra 2 Add word/acronym to dictionary (or alternative)

Is it possible to add words to the/a dictionary? Sort of like many apps will let you add words to a spellcheck list. (Mostly things like abbreviations/acronyms that I find difficult to remember if there are many of them, they are used infrequently, or with a different meaning than I'm familiar with.) I'm currently just adding them to Annotations/Notes as a workaround, but it's not as quick to access. You can scroll through Annotations, but I don't see any way to search them. It also makes them book specific (possibly not a major issue since another book may define the same acronym differently). Perhaps I am going about this wrong, and there is a better solution for the goal.
