So I run calibre on my desktop. It's connected to my living room TV. I'm familiar with how to change fonts in the reader but I'd like to know if there's a way to change the font of menu list, library management filed, and the book title list. I find myself having to move closer to my tv in order to see them. I've increased my Windows 10 font size by it didn't affect how tiny the words in Calibre look on my big screen.

Have you tried changing the interface font and size? Under Preferences => Look &Feel => Interface font? Click on the Change font button and go wild.
