[Urgent] New element in sys tray, help please

I don't know what sys tray should look like in win 10 because I use Linux since years ago, may be 15 or so...

I'm trying with win 10 in a macbook (a gift), it was working like a charm until today.

First I could't unzip files with peazip, later I see some glitches in the screen (sometimes the taskbar tries to unhide), and now (maybe I'm a little paranoid) I see an entry in system tray I didn't noticed before, it says "desktop" ("Escritorio" in spanish) and when clicking I can see a menu to access all file system including cloud services, and it refuses to close, maybe CPU load due to the fact that the antivirus software was running...

Is that thing suppoused to be there?, I didn't seen it before.
