download complete, proceed with updating library

Hi
I've added a few fanfiction ebooks to my library but before I could click on yes to updating library with the new downloads, my laptop froze and I had to restart. When I opened calibre again, the DL'd stories weren't in the library and they weren't in the 'jobs running' list. Is there a way to find these again or do I need to go back and re-download them again?
