Question footnotes are each on separate page

I use Calibre to convert EPUB files to PDF, sometimes there is a problem when converting, in the result PDF all the footnotes at the end of the book are on separate pages each, so if the book itself 100 pages and there are 240 footnotes, the pdf becomes 340 pages (I am attaching PDF).

Can anyone help me to make footnotes as consecutive as they should be, not every single one of them on a separate page?

The links for the other chapters seem normal, but there are 650 on separate pages, without links, for what appears to be chapter 3 -- I can't read Russian.

Join them in the epub, I assume similar to Sigil: select the footnote files (ch3-1 to ch3-650) in the list of files, right click, "merge".
