Is there a log in Calibre?

I keep forgetting what books I mailed (Connect/share section) or what books I converted, etc. Does Calibre have a log of all actions performed and its contents? Thanks!

Preferences: Sharing over the Net: Show server log
BUT
That is only for the Server. Not what you mailed.
AFAIK there is no other log AVAILABLE for individual tasks.
