non-mobile interface time out
i know i'm gunna sound stupid, BUT
i get connect/share to work in its light version connecting to an iPad running iOS 10.3.3 and yet when i try to go to the full interface it times out. everything worked fine on the old PC (windows 10) so i'm wondering if its an issue with windows 11

first check that the interface works in a local browser on your windows machine. Then check from another computer.

the local browser works fine. IT solution 1, turn everything off/on a couple of times, hasn't fixed it either

You'll likely need to update iOS, it's possible there are issues with such an old version of iOS.
