Ebooks with modified name on device
I upload ebooks to a folder on Kobo that's the home folder of KOReader as well. When I change the file name in KOReader, Calibre doesn't find the file anymore. Can I restore the link without resending books to the device? I removed the Kobo driver and use the Connect to folder function as I do it via WiFi.

You could try matching the new name on the Kobo to the old name in calibre's library. Using a USB connection, Device => Show books. Right click on book and match book to library.

I'm not sure if this will work with Connect to folder in use so good luck.

That should work. But, when you finish matching the books, you need to use the "Update cached metadata on device" that is on the menu of the device button. That updates the metadata.calibre file on the device so the match will happen the next time you connect.
