occasional freezes
I'm using firmware 4.30.18838 on a Forma and I get freezes coming out of sleep mode (using the button) once in a while (maybe 1 in 20 times.) It seems to take several attempts to wake it, and when it wakes, it doesn't respond to touches, and sometimes the light goes to zero. Putting it to sleep (which is more difficult it seems) and waking it up brings it back to normal. I think it has been doing this since I got it a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone else seeing similar behaviour?

I have an Aura One and once in a while it doesn't want to wake up just from opening the cover, maybe once out of 75 or so times. Pressing the button a time or three gets it going and then it's business as usual. Not the same as yours but all I've experienced so far. Good luck.

I had a bug like that with some epubs on my H2O original on one version of Firmware. It was actually the touch interface going off line.

I rolled back to 4.29.18730 (due to lack of charging indicator light) and still experience some freezes and too many when highlighting. It's manageable for now but I'm disappointed in the newer firmware versions. No such trouble with my Forma.

Probably not the same thing then; in my case the buttons don't do anything either (but then, the H2O didn't have buttons, so who knows...).

The buttons of my Sage sometimes stop responding, but the touchscreen still works and after I touch the screen, the buttons start working again. I've experienced no other freezes. This is on the latest firmware.

I don't use a sleep cover, and I don't highlight.

Hmmm...I'm not sure I actually tried the touch screen. I'll try to remember to try it next time it happens.
