kindle paperwhite brick

Hello, how are you doing? I'll tell you about my problem, I have a kindle paperwhite (I don't know which generation is the model is the DP75dsi) that was by means of the caliber uploading a novel, out of nowhere the program closes and my kindle is in a softbrick, When the battery runs out and I charge it, it is like it reacts but being on the loading screen of the boy reading under the tree it stays there and nothing happens, if I keep the 40 seconds the button restarts but returns to the same state, My pc recognizes that something is connected but the storage is as if there was nothing, any solution ?. thanks

Likely to be a problem with the FAT userspace partition if the loading bar appears, possibly something more serious if it doesn't. There's not a lot that you can do to diagnose and fix this without opening the device up and connecting to the serial port so I'd order a USB-TTL adapter - something based on the CH340G/FT232RL/CP2102 chips will do the job.
