Access to "title_sort" information from calibredb??
Is there any way to access the title sort information from calibredb using the existing data?
I was able to do it by creating a custom column based on the {title_sort} template, but it feels like duplicating information :-) Thanks! Dan |

title_sort is not a normal field. Its mostly auto-generated though it can of course be edited. So its not accessible using calibredb. You can of course use a custom column to do it. And note that the column does not duplicate any data. A column with a template contains no data at all but is dynamically generated when used.
