Authors With "And" in the Name

Is there a way to get Calibre to register an author's name that includes "and" (in this case "Rowan, Rook & Decard") as a single author instead of three authors?

EDIT: It looks like I can at least set Author Sort manually to get it to show up in the right collections on my device.

But if it's really three authors then Rowan & Rook & Decard might be more correct for metadata
Also you can edit Author Sort separately to Author in the Metadata editor.

No, it's one author: a company called "Rowan, Rook & Decard".

Technically it's a bunch of authors but listing RPG sourcebooks by the twenty authors who worked on a book makes less sense than sorting them by the name of the company that produced them.
