Reorganizing directories inside an EPUB?
Is there a clever way to reorganise the internal directories in an EPUB? For example, if I merge and bunch of books using the "merge" plugin, I get files in directories called 1/, 2/ and so on. Is there any way to move files from one directory to another more easily than renaming the files one by one?

Does the menu "tools / Arrange into folders" serve in your case ?

Ah, yes, thank you!

I find that every feature that I need turns out to be in there somewhere, but there are so many nifty features it's hard to find them without guidance sometimes!
